Billy has been rehomed and he lives opposite Preston Park, which he loves walking and running in the Park.
This is Billy, he is approximately 7 years old, he is a good solid lad who is calm, good with children and people in general, but it takes a little time for him to get to know you so he can appear a little shy at first, this is hardly surprising as Billy has been re-homed once or twice before and through no fault of his own has found himself back in our care. We feel that his next home MUST be his forever home.
Billy is house trained, good with other hounds, although he is not keen on smaller breeds of dog and is quite interested in small furry's, this is not much of a problem as he doesn't seem to want to chase or hunt them down.
He can be left for reasonable amounts of time with another dog for company. He loves to go out for long walks but is happy with the occasional quick wander.
Billy is terrified of cameras and is not keen on loud noises in general.
Billy may need some dental work as his teeth are not too good.
If you can offer Billy his forever home, please get in touch.

Have you considered fostering?
We are always looking for families willing to foster dogs on a long or short term basis (from a week to a couple of months). This allows many dogs to become accustomed to a home environment and get some one-to-one attention. Vets fees and food bills are provided. All we ask is for a a safe and loving environment, willing to give the time and patience that many of our dogs need. You just have to treat them as one of the family!
Please contact us with any questions you have about the fostering process.
